We Ship in United States Only.

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.

 Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    1. GENERAL INFORMATION: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We use China Post Airmail / EMS Shipping depending on the country.
    2. DELIVERY TIME: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 30 business days of the date of your order, this is mainly because our items get shipped directly from the manufacturers based in Singapore/Korea/China. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday & Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
    3. SHIPPING COST: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
  1. WHAT IS THE ITEM PROCESSING TIME

    After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

  2. OUT OF STOCK POLICY  – Sample Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in­ stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be "out­ of­ stock". In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for  the item to be in stock again. Most "out ­of stock" items are in stock again within three to four weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within two to four weeks.
